Defending Champion Ateneo Blue Eagles lost to La Salle Green Archers during their faceoff in the UAAP Season 73 Men's Basketball Tournament.
It was held at 4 PM today in Araneta Coliseum, watched by a crowd full of Atenista and La Sallista.
The final score was 66-63 in favor of La Salle.
It caused a big disappointment for the Ateneo fans because the team
was leading during half-time (30-26) and it continued in the last
quarter, but not during the last few minutes of the game.
With Ateneo's loss against La Salle, ADMU is now ranked behind in the
latest team rankings / standings (Bottom 4) while DLSU is 2nd on top.
