The Shorty Awards 2011 honors the best people and organizations on Twitter and social media, and Angel Locsin is one of those nominated under Best Actress category.
Angel is currently leading with 1,192 votes from other Twitter users with "Castle" star Stana Katic in 2nd place, but with a distant 885 votes.
Currently on 3rd spot is Nina Dobrev (of The Vampire Diaries), followed by the 14-year-old Disney star Zendaya Coleman (4th), "Zoey 101" actress Erin Sanders (5th) and Justin Bieber's rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez (6th).
