The title of Cristine Reyes' new movie is really funny. We at home would laugh whenever we hear Cristine's movie title.
Entitled "Tumbok", it sounds like a title of a "titillating" film. My cousin also joked that the title should have been "Tambok" and not "Tumbok".
But seriously, it's good thing that the director of "Tumbok" is Topel Lee, and definitely that stops us from thinking it's a sexy film.
Topel Lee, who usually directs horror films, was the director of the 2007 box-office hit "Ouija" which starred Judy Ann Santos. He also directed "White House", "Sundo" and four "Shake, Rattle & Roll" episodes.
Joining Cristine in "Tumbok" are Carlo Aquino, Ryan Eigenmann, Jao Mapa, DJ Durano, LJ Moreno, Anna Capri, Wendy Valdez, Malou de Guzman, Dino Imperial, Abby Bautista, Cheska Salcedo and with the special participation of Ara Mina.
