Today's Hottie: Paulo Avelino, star of "Alakdana"

But for now, Paulo is headlining "Alakdana" as the main leading man of Louise delos Reyes who plays the title role.

He plays a rich and kind guy named Billy, who will become Alakdana's one true love.

Alakdana's other leading men in the soap are newcomers Alden Richards and Ritchie Paul Gutierrez (brother of Ruffa, Richard and Raymond).

The show will premiere on January 24, 2011 right after Eat Bulaga!

Richard Faulkerson is now Andy Gonzales, stars in "Alakdana"

Richard "RJ" Faulkerson Jr will be using the screen name Andy Gonzales
on his first TV project.



Andy will be in a love triangle with Louise delos Reyes and Paulo
Avelino in the upcoming TV series "Alakdana" which will air on GMA's
afternoon block this first quarter of 2011.

The name "Andy Gonzales" doesn't sound good to me. I still prefer the name Richard Faulkerson or RJ Faulkerson.

Why do they have to change his name? If it works for Gerald Anderson to use his American-sounding surname and also for Fil-German Ian
Batherson, why not Faulkerson?

As Richard Faulkerson Jr, Andy won the title Ginoong Sta. Rosa in 2009 and Ginoong Laguna this 2010.

He also made it to StarStruck V's Top 60 and was shortlisted among the
Top 50 possible housemates of PBB Teen Clash 2010.

Also this year, he topped Candy Mag's Regular Cuties list and also appeared in Smart AllText TVC.
