34th Gawad Urian (2011) Nominees List

The 34th Gawad Urian or the Urian Awards is happening on May 17, 2011 and the nominees have already been released.

And as expected, all Best Picture nominees are indie films, except for Coco Matin starrer "Noy", which was independently-produced but was released by major film outfit Star Cinema thus it can't be labeled as an indie film.

Rocky Salumbides does gay scenes in 'Tarima'

Pinoy Big Brother Double Up ex-housemate and international model Rocky Salumbides, who also happens to be Eula Valdez's boyfriend, has daring scenes in the soon-to-be-released indie film "Tarima".

It's Rocky's launching film and also his "baptism of fire" in having a love scene with an old-aged gay played by fashion and cosmetic expert Fanny Serrano. And reportedly, they were totally unwrapped when they did it.

Aside from Rocky, Fanny also has a kissing scene with another young actor.

Comedian Chokoleit is also in the cast and very excitingly, he also has a love scene with new actor Danh Rivera.

'Tarima' is directed by Neil “Buboy” Tan (Ataul For Rent, Pasang Krus and Barang and produced by Cinema Liberte.

Rocky Salumbides proud of Eula Valdez as his girlfriend

Pinoy Big Brother Double Up housemate Alvin Kirby 'Rocky' Salumbides is obviously so proud to have Eula Valdez as his girlfriend when he himself opened up about her during his Day 8 inside the Big Brother house last Monday evening.

Though Rocky did not name Eula Valdez, Rocky did mention "Amor Powers" which was Eula's famous character in Pangako Sa 'Yo on ABS-CBN.

Rocky was visibly in love with Eula as he shared about how the award-winning actress has made him a good man that he is now.

According to the international model, he left his modeling opportunities abroad just to be with Eula. Wow, that's pretty something huh!

Before that fearless admission, Rocky was already heard talking about his girlfriend during his Day 2 inside the Big Brother house. He said that his girlfriend's birthday is December 11. Yes, Eula's birthdate is December 11, 1968.

While Rocky's birthday is August 30, 1980. That means, he's is 12 years younger.

And now that Rocky has entered the Philippine showbiz as one of the PBB housemates, the couple will for sure be talked about more soon after.

Before Rocky entered the house, Eula has already confirmed to PEP that Rocky is his boyfriend following her admission that he and husband Richard Litonjua are now separated.

A lot of people from the third sex are reacting on how Rocky continues to emphasize Rica Para's sexuality.

First, Rocky labeled Rica as She-Man and on another instance, he described Rica as "Samson and Delilah in one body."

Model Rocky Salumbides as PBB housemate

Popular model Rocky Salumbides will enter the PBB house tonight as one of the two newest housemates.

He is tagged as "Humble Hunk of Cavite" and it has already been known before that this international model was a balut vendor before he made it big in the modeling industry.

In 2008, Rocky was among the Cosmopolitan Top 10 Centerfolds.

He is a worthy replacement of hunky Tom Mott, who was forcibly evicted from the house yesterday.

For the 4th time, Carol Batay of Tondo was announced as a nominee for eviction during the 5th Nomination Night of Pinoy Big Brother Double Up.

Joining her in the nominees list are two first-timers (Rob Stumvoll of Austria and Riza Mae Patria of Siquijor and one second-timer, Yuri Okawa of Japan.
