Mindoro's tough guy Jason Francisco (but with a soft heart) celebrated his 22nd birthday inside the Pinoy Big Brother house yesterday, October 11, 2009.Since Jason has been very vocal that "Nagsimula Sa Puso" star Maja Salvador is his ultimate showbiz crush, Big Brother gave the real Maja Salvador as his "birthday treat" to him.
Maja entered the confession much to Jason's surprise and asked him what he wants.
Jason asked for a kiss, and Maja willingly gave it.

Later that day, a birthday celebration for Jason had been prepared. (They had Colt 45 as their drink)
Melisa 'Melay' Cantiveros was dressed up so sexy like Maja Salvador and gave a birthday message to Jason.
