Sad news!
Showtime host and TV Patrol weatherman Kuya Kim Atienza is in hospital now after suffering "mild stroke".
ABS-CBN's News Patrol reported a while ago that Kuya Kim was rushed unconscious to Makati Medical Center this morning after a mild stroke.
And the good news is...Kuya Kim is now conscious and fine now.
The report however said that he will still be under observation for 24 to 48 hours and he's asking everyone to pray for his fast recovery.
Anne Curtis, Kuya Kim's co-host in Showtime, has also asked her Twitter followers to pray: "Everyone, all the prayer warriors out there...Let's all pray for Kuya Kim and that he gets well soon."
Using Kuya Kim's famous line, TV Patrol news anchor also appeals for prayers on Twitter: "Guys let's all pray for Kuya Kim's recovery. He suffered a mild stroke. Tama siya, Ang buhay Weather Weather lang. Haaayyy."
Pilipinas Win Na Win host Kris Aquino also wished on her show for Kuya Kim's speedy covery. "Kim, lahat kami dito at mga TFC Subscribers, ipagdadasal namin ang mabilis mong paggaling.
